Being the most important component of the seat, the frame is the determining element of the seat in terms of its physical specifications such as functionality, strength, weight, dimensions and its cost effectiveness. Therefore, our seat design and development team designs the lightest, most resistant and functional seat frames using high-tech designing tools surpassing the expectations of the clients. Error free product design is ensured through possible failure analyses and other precautions taken. The company verifies compliance of the design through simulation. All possible failures are eliminated during prototype production phase. Recently prototyping is being replaced by FEA (finite element analysis) in order to reduce costs and accelerate the development stage. Thus, potential risks are eliminated before starting trial production.
Advanced robot technologies is used for welding operations. The error free designs occupy a small area for welding fixtures which require minor maintenance are applied for welding fixtures. Thus, high volume production can be achieved in relatively smaller areas.
Automated assembly machines are used for assembling the frame in order to ensure the quality level intended. The frames assembled are transferred to the seat assembly section through a cataphoretic coating line on a conveyor belt system.
